Kevin Kamraczewski has handled and supervised coverage matters and claim litigation, concentrating on Liability and Property Policies for the past 40 years. Kevin's experience includes advising insurers on risk exposure and coverage. He has helped clients develop policies and procedures for claims, including establishing organizational structures and guidelines for claims personnel. Kevin was a partner in the insurance practice of Dentons (Sonnenschein) before leaving to form his own practice.
With experience in creating and executing litigation strategies for his clients in the areas of first-party and third-party coverages, bad faith, class actions, and bankruptcies involving insurance coverage, Kevin has appeared in state and federal courts across the country. He has handled liability claims arising out of commercial general liability, umbrella, and excess liability, directors and officers, fiduciary, auto, homeowners, commercial property, and other forms of coverage. In the liability coverage area, he has handled claims involving asbestos, environmental exposures, offshore well blow-outs, sexual abuse, concussions, and numerous other liabilities. Additionally, in the first-party coverage area, he has handled numerous catastrophe claims involving many of the most prominent natural disasters in the past two decades, including claims arising under Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Katrina, California earthquake and fire losses, and numerous tornadoes and hailstorms.
